Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking an Employment and Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Milwaukee office. Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience are preferred, but applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Flexible work options, including fully remote and hybrid opportunities, are available for successful candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment and commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Provide superior client service with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively as part of a litigation team
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills
- Solid academic background
- Self-starter with the ability to manage assignments independently
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
