Overview
An organization is seeking experienced ESG Attorneys to support top Fortune 500 clients in environmental, social, and governance legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on ESG-related issues and assist in setting ESG targets and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes
- Conduct ESG risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
- Draft and review ESG-related disclosures, reports, and communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years practicing law with a focus on ESG matters
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead ESG initiatives
- Experience with European Union ESG requirements is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year
- Non-attorney roles range from $71,250 to $309,750 per year
- Compensation is based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs
