Overview
This role supports a global immigration services team preparing and filing business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Associate Attorneys work with Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Team Managers, Partners, and other Associates to support client matters from intake through filing and beyond.
Remote applicants will be considered, with preference given to candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and communicate options to address clients’ business immigration needs
- Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process to support immigration program management and compliance
- Supervise and collaborate with supporting staff to ensure applications are prepared and filed correctly
- Maintain accuracy for high-volume, rapid-turnover cases
- Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- 5+ years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge across a broad range of nonimmigrant visa matters, including:
- H-1B
- L-1A/L-1B
- E-2 Treaty Investor
- O-1
- TN
- E-3
- J-1
- Strong knowledge of employment-based permanent residence matters, including:
- PERM
- EB-1A
- EB-1B
- EB-1C
- NIW
- adjustment of status
- Significant experience handling complex RFEs, NOIDs, and other challenging case issues
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organization skills
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills

Salary Range
- $160,000 to $190,000 per year
