Experienced Foreclosure Paralegal - Remote

Overview

This role is for an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join a growing law firm specializing in real estate and default services. The position offers an opportunity to support matters from referral through conclusion and work closely with attorneys to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal filings
• Perform e-filing with various court systems
• Complete document recording
• Maintain client and case files
• Correspond with clients and provide timely updates and responses
• Maintain filing and document systems
• Organize and maintain the group’s calendars and ensure adherence to legal deadlines
• Organize and archive documents for completed and ongoing litigations
• Prepare reports for attorneys

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-year related foreclosure experience
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services
• Superior organizational skills, research skills, and writing skills
• Detail oriented
• Independent worker; deadline driven
• Able to manage a heavy workload
• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• Works well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc.
