Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced commercial counsel to assist in training a leading foundational AI lab's latest language model. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks related to core legal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Support workflows including commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement review
- Prepare negotiation position summaries
- Manage obligation and renewal trackers
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
- Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
- Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation with excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Commitment
- Compensation: $100 per hour
- Flexible commitment: 5-20 hours per week, with the option for more
- Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule
- Start date: As soon as possible
