Overview
A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced contracts attorneys to assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials related to commercial agreements and associated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Perform commercial contract redlines
- Prepare due-diligence issue lists and memos
- Conduct clause-risk analyses
- Review NDAs and vendor agreements
- Summarize negotiation positions
- Track obligations and renewals
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
- Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
- Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Commitment
- Hourly rate: $100
- Flexible commitment: 5-20 hours per week, with the option for more
- Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule
