Overview
A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced corporate counsel to assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials related to core workflows such as commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement review, negotiation position summaries, and obligation and renewal trackers.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Perform contract redlining and due diligence reviews
- Analyze clause risks and prepare negotiation position summaries
- Track obligations and renewals related to contracts
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
- Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
- Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation and editing
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Commitment
- Compensation: $100 per hour
- Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
- Start Date: ASAP
