Overview

This is a part-time, unpaid legal internship opportunity available remotely and at several U.S. locations including Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Wyoming, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. The internship runs from September 9, 2026, to December 11, 2026, with an expected commitment of 20 hours per week. Candidates must be eligible to receive law school credit for this internship.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and edit various contracts such as sponsorship/endorsement, appearance, and content creation agreements.
  • Research and analyze legal questions, drafting memos and opinions that include findings, recommendations, and conclusions across multiple legal areas.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the legal department across all company offices.

Requirements

  • Current 2L or 3L student at an ABA-approved U.S. law school.
  • Must be eligible to earn law school credit for the internship.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions and learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • No prior experience in sports or entertainment law required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and redlining is beneficial.

Additional Information

This internship is unpaid and requires proof of eligibility to receive law school credit. Candidates unable to provide such proof will be disqualified.
