Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking attorneys specializing in Financial Services Litigation (Commercial and Residential), Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation. The firm has immediate openings for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters in financial services, real estate, and commercial law
- Engage in litigation strategy development and client interaction
- Conduct sophisticated motion practice
- Participate in transactional work related to real estate
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate transactional work is a plus
- Michigan-based candidates preferred, though flexible work arrangements including hybrid and fully remote options are available for the right candidates
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranges:
- Associates: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
- Partners: $190,000 - $275,000 per year
- Actual salary will be based on skills, training, experience, and location
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave, and Life Insurance
- Business casual work environment
