Overview
This role involves working as a Fractional GC/GC in a commissioned capacity, acting as a Brand Ambassador for a privately-owned litigation support services organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong professional network across the legal industry, including other corporate General Counsels (GCs) and mid/large law firm partners.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for the organization by working alongside the C-suite and executive sales team to network with professional contacts
- Help organize events such as client dinners and entertainment functions
- Support efforts to bring in new revenue partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute outings, dinners, and entertainment functions
- Support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, financing, and partnerships
Commission
- 2.5% on all data hosted in Relativity
- 1% on all data hosted in RelativityOne
Qualifications
- Remote position
- Must have JD and active bar certification (required)
- 1099 role
- Time commitment based only on your availability
- Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States
