Overview
This is a contract-based General Counsel role focused on applying legal expertise to train next-generation AI systems. The position involves working remotely from any location and offers compensation between $80 and $105 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to evaluate AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance and precision.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI-driven contract review and negotiation processes.
- Provide expert guidance on contract drafting, review, and negotiation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and drafting, particularly in technology and AI-driven projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess risks related to AI-driven contract review.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing AI-driven contract review and negotiation.
- Proficiency with contract review and negotiation tools and a strong understanding of AI-driven contract review processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay rate ranging from $80 to $105.
