Overview

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced immigration attorney to run their own practice within an established legal infrastructure. The position emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and direct client engagement, focusing on business immigration cases such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions. The attorney will manage cases end-to-end, build systems, and potentially lead a team as the practice grows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business immigration cases from strategy through approval
  • Focus on EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petition preparation and filing
  • Draft, review, and file high-quality petitions and supporting documents
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and client contact
  • Collaborate with intake, sales, and operations teams
  • Manage paralegals and junior attorneys as the practice expands
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to revenue growth and receive performance-based rewards

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience practicing immigration law
  • Strong expertise in business immigration, particularly EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases
  • Proven track record of drafting and filing complex petitions
  • Excellent writing and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Willingness to obtain Arizona bar admission upon joining
