Immigration Attorney – Individual Practice

This role is designed for attorneys committed to advancing their immigration law practice, whether early in their career or with extensive experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle individual immigration cases including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, and family-based petitions.
- Manage caseload complexity and autonomy according to experience level.
- Maintain high standards of legal quality, client communication, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize an integrated platform that automates workflows, tracks filings against quality benchmarks, and consolidates case communications.
- Set your own caseload intensity with corresponding compensation and bonuses.
- For senior attorneys: mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice leadership.
Career Path
- Associates (0–3 years): Develop legal skills with mentorship on real cases.
- Mid-Level Attorneys (3–6 years): Take full ownership of cases and enhance client communication.
- Senior Attorneys (6+ years): Operate autonomously, mentor others, and pursue practice leadership.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates).

Experience Levels
- Associate (0–3 years): Strong legal research and writing skills; interest in immigration law; experience in immigration clinics, paralegal roles, or externships is a plus.

- Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, and/or EB-2 NIW strategies; ability to mentor junior attorneys; ambition for practice leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $250,000, scaling with experience.
