Overview

This role involves working as a Lawyer handling a high volume of U.S. immigration cases, including EB-1A, O-1, and E-2 visa petitions. The position offers autonomy similar to independent practice but with the support and resources of an established legal team. Lawyers in this role focus on strategy, case preparation, client communication, and delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cases from strategy development through resolution
  • Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications
  • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other USCIS correspondence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during active casework
  • Collaborate with intake and support teams to ensure timely filings
  • Work alongside top-tier lawyers within the network

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions (e.g., EB-1A, O-1, E-2, H-1B)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes
  • Demonstrated excellence in client advocacy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to impact
  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
