Overview
This role is a contractor position for an Immigration Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. The work involves reviewing legal documents, conducting immigration-law research, evaluating AI-generated legal content, and providing expert feedback to improve legal AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze immigration law documents and legal scenarios
- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content, including memos, briefs, and case documentation
- Conduct legal research using industry-standard tools and databases
- Use case management and document review software to assess legal workflows
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on AI-generated legal outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal data and project deliverables
- Apply BigLaw experience to complex immigration matters
Requirements
- Active U.S. law license with demonstrated U.S. immigration law expertise
- Significant experience at a BigLaw firm handling complex immigration matters
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with case management and document review technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate complex legal information
