Overview
A nationwide law firm is seeking an Iowa licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience to assist with workers’ compensation matters on a remote basis. This contract engagement offers flexibility as either a part-time or full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Handle general case workup activities including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation related to Iowa workers’ compensation litigation matters.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Iowa
- At least 5 years of legal experience in workers’ compensation litigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong academic credentials
- Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized compensation ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis, depending on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
- W2 employment status
