Overview
An organization focused on transforming the legal system, particularly in business immigration, is seeking experienced attorneys to join their remote team. The role involves working with top attorneys and advanced software to assist global talent in legally living and working in the U.S. efficiently and confidently. This position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 and welcomes applicants from anywhere, including outside the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead preparation of high-skilled immigration petitions, including EB-1A, O-1A, and EB-2 NIW categories.
- Work directly with clients pursuing extraordinary ability immigration pathways.
- Draft and assemble petition letters, legal arguments, and case materials.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and USCIS correspondence clearly and effectively.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, managing communications during active casework.
- Help clients understand complex immigration frameworks by translating them into clear next steps.
- Operate independently on a day-to-day basis while receiving mentorship from senior attorneys.
- Potentially manage a team of paralegals to support case production efforts.
- Contribute to a fast-moving team that prioritizes outcomes over bureaucracy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years practicing U.S. immigration law as an attorney.
- Direct experience with immigrant and/or non-immigrant petitions, especially extraordinary ability case types.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with EB-1A, O-1, and EB-2 NIW categories.
- Strong ability to assess candidacy quickly and accurately across diverse professional profiles.
