Overview
An established legal team is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner with a focus on environmental law to join their practice. This role involves advising companies on compliance with environmental workplace safety regulations, managing permitting processes, and addressing challenges related to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on environmental workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
- Handle permitting processes and respond to EPA-related challenges.
- Support clients in maintaining regulatory compliance within environmental and workplace safety frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing environmental OSHA and workplace safety law.
- Proven experience at an AmLaw or boutique law firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in permitting and responding to EPA challenges.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Portable book of business valued at approximately $500,000 for Income Partner track or $1,000,000 for Equity Partner track.
