A well-established Am Law firm based in San Diego is seeking a Land Use Partner or Counsel for a remote, flexible position.

Responsibilities

• Handling matters related to entitlements, litigation, zoning, permitting, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Requirements

• Experience in land use law, including entitlements, litigation, zoning, permitting, and CEQA.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $250,000 - $350,000.
