Overview
An organization is seeking experienced legal professionals to join a Lawyer Expert Network supporting legal, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across multiple industries. This is a remote, hourly contract position offering flexible engagements.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal research and advisory services
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, and advisory matters
- Interpret and communicate complex legal concepts clearly
- Work independently in a remote environment
Requirements
- Professional experience in legal research and writing
- Strong background in contract drafting and review
- Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or advisory work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively remotely
Contract & Payment Terms
- Engagement as an independent contractor
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on performance and business needs
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered
- Visa sponsorship is not available
Compensation
- Hourly rate ranging from USD 60 to 150
