Overview
A legal team is seeking attorneys to join a specialized Center of Expertise focused on delivering high-quality legal services at scale using advanced technologies and generative AI. This role involves working within a data-driven environment that combines legal judgment with cutting-edge technology to provide efficient, cost-effective legal support across litigation, investigations, regulatory, and other legal disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Execute precise, efficient, and scalable legal workflows including case and fact development, document review and production, legal research, and drafting.
- Manage case documentation such as building and maintaining case chronologies, key document sets, witness preparation packages, privilege logs, and summaries.
- Collaborate with discovery experts to manage large-scale document productions.
- Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate legal analysis and drafting, ensuring all AI-assisted outputs undergo human review and quality control.
- Contribute to evolving legal work processes through strategic project management and process improvements in partnership with internal attorneys and outside counsel.
- Mentor less experienced staff and lead significant projects with strategic autonomy.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Up to 5 years of experience in litigation, investigation, or regulatory matters within a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency.
- Experience with generative AI, discovery, document review, and production workflows is strongly preferred but not required.
- Recent or upcoming law school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- For some roles, an active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a remote role with flexible scheduling.
- Annual base salary range: $174,100 to $261,100, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
- Bonus opportunities and spot awards are included.
- Performance is measured through quantitative and qualitative metrics with structured feedback and coaching.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Regular time type.
