Overview
This role involves leading paralegal support for the end-to-end progression of cases from sign-up through resolution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both client firms and clients, coordinating with the broader Legal Ops team to keep matters moving efficiently while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization, attorneys, and clients
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout treatment and the case lifecycle
- Provide detailed case status reports and updates to attorneys and firms
- Coordinate case progress with case managers, intake specialists, and demand reviewers
- Identify and resolve delays or issues before they affect outcomes
- Provide regular updates and anticipate bottlenecks to keep cases progressing smoothly
Requirements
- 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proactive communication
- Ability to build trust quickly with both attorneys and clients
- Understanding of the importance of both client experience and case velocity
- Able to work Central hours (CST) to support client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $85,000 – $125,000 plus equity
