A legal consultancy is seeking a Legal Consultant with experience in commercial contracts to provide long-term support to Fortune 500 clients in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Advise business teams on day-to-day legal issues, offering practical and business-oriented solutions.
- Support cross-functional projects such as product launches, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring contract terms align with internal policies and risk appetite.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) from in-house roles or law firms.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
