Legal Consultant - Commercial Contract

Overview

A legal consultancy role is available for a qualified lawyer with commercial contracts experience to support Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of Fortune 100 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support
• Offer practical legal advice on transactional matters aligned with business goals and initiatives
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements across various business lines
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect the latest regulatory requirements
• Advise business clients directly and provide guidance on corporate policies as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 1-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts
• Open to full-time or part-time arrangements
