Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts

Overview

A legal consultancy role is available to support Fortune 500 clients with commercial contracts and transactional legal matters. This position involves close collaboration with legal and business teams to provide practical, commercially aligned legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to deliver tailored commercial legal support
• Provide practical legal advice on transactional matters aligned with business goals
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements across various business lines
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect current regulatory requirements
• Advise business clients directly and offer guidance on corporate policies as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts
