Legal Consultant - Insurance

Overview

This role supports a Fortune 500 client as a Legal Consultant, Insurance. The position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with a focus on insurance and insurtech, along with coordinating legal work across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, with emphasis on insurance and insurtech.
• Support and coordinate projects across multiple markets, tracking actions and deadlines.
• Work closely with business and health/insurance teams to provide clear, practical legal advice.

Requirements

• Approximately 4–10 years’ PQE, with some experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong background in commercial contracts; insurance or insurtech experience strongly preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a plus (not required).
