Overview
Legal Engineers help connect customers, sales, and product to support the organization’s sales strategy and product development. In this role, you will work as a trusted advisor to the lawyers you partner with—leading discovery and tailored product demonstrations, translating real legal work into product solutions that provide clear value.
In Korea, this position supports the organization’s growth in one of Asia’s most sophisticated legal markets. Working with Korean law firms and in-house legal teams, you will help lawyers produce higher-quality work faster and with more confidence using the platform, while thriving in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers in Korea to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how the platform fits real legal work.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by translating feedback and legal workflow insights—including those specific to Korean legal practice and Korean-language needs—into concrete, lawyer-ready product direction.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the product roadmap and ensure it evolves in ways lawyers trust and adopt.
- Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases in Korean and English that reflect how Korean legal teams actually work, including how AI is changing that work.
- Introduce new capabilities in ways tailored, credible, and compelling for each customer, continuously raising the bar for how the platform is deployed.
- Provide competitive and market intelligence on the Korean and wider APAC legal tech landscape.
- Strengthen the organization’s reputation in Korea and across APAC as a credible, substantive, and forward-looking AI partner to the legal industry.
Requirements

- Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to operate seamlessly in both languages in professional settings.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make confident, well-reasoned recommendations.
- Ability to operate across legal, product, and sales contexts, translating between stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging partners, senior associates, in-house counsel, and legal leadership.
