Legal Operations Professional

Overview

The organization is seeking Legal Operations Professionals to work with clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of legal processes, workflows, operating models, and service-delivery approaches.
• Implement, manage, and optimize legal technology and CLM systems, including workflows, user adoption, reporting, data, knowledge management, and intake processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver legal operations initiatives across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, and business priorities.
• Partner with legal, sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to improve efficiency, manage risk, and deliver practical, scalable support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in legal operations, legal operations administration, or a related legal-services, transformation, process-improvement, or operational-delivery environment (legal project management experience is desirable).
• Experience supporting legal processes, CLM implementation or optimization, legal technology, reporting, data, knowledge management, or stakeholder communications.
• Strong organizational, commercial-awareness, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• Good AI literacy and the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows, streamline processes, analyze information, and enhance operational delivery while applying appropriate judgment and oversight.
• Right to work in the UK.
