Overview
Legal subject-matter expert (SME) with AI support experience is needed for a remote role in the US.
- Location: US - Remote
- Rate: $80 to $110/hr on 1099 Only
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Experience: 3–10 years

Responsibilities
- Provide legal SME support aligned to the specific assigned role.
- Support commercial, regulatory, and related legal work with focus on applicable legal frameworks.
- Coordinate and deliver work corresponding to one of the listed legal specialization tracks.

Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience
- Demonstrated knowledge across legal areas relevant to the selected specialization track
- Securities law familiarity, including:
- SEC
- Securities Exchange Act
- Securities Act
- SEC regulations
- Capital markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a securities attorney, securities lawyer, or securities counsel (or equivalent experience)
