  • Support small- to mid-size mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
  • Provide practical, in-house style legal guidance to founders, executives, and boards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of corporate legal practice experience.
  • At least 3 years of law firm training.

  • Deep experience working with drug developers and biotech companies at various stages, including early-stage and public companies.
  • Experience with life sciences providers such as CDMOs, CMOs, CROs, and laboratory, clinical, data, and technology-enabled service providers.
  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex life sciences agreements.
  • Expertise advising on strategic collaborations.
  • Experience supporting small- to mid-size M&A and corporate transactions.
  • Practical, business-focused, and responsive legal approach.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a nationally accredited law school.
  • Membership in the state bar where the candidate resides or practices.

Public company experience and exposure to corporate finance and governance are helpful but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success as a practical and business-focused legal partner.

Compensation & Benefits
