Overview
A national law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Defense Litigation practice group in the Los Angeles area. This role involves representing national and international insurance clients in a variety of complex coverage matters, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability cases.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation across multiple complex areas
- Manage a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibility
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide legal services to insurance clients
Requirements
- Admission to the California bar in good standing is required
- Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts is ideal
- Experience in insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are necessary
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $140,000 to $200,000 (applicable to California-based candidates only)
- Salary offers are based on internal equity, market data, applicant skills, experience, and qualifications
- Hybrid work arrangements available, allowing a combination of office and remote work
