Overview
This role is remote, with court appearances required.
Location: Champaign, IL
Compensation: $75,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production.
The organization’s legal practice includes family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, and immigration. The team is seeking an attorney to support matters in Central Illinois, with mentorship available for less experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Practice family law and civil litigation in Central Illinois
- Handle court-related needs as required for the role (remote work otherwise)
- Participate in mentorship and guidance when needed to support professional development
Requirements
- Bar admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (implied by “attorney” role and court practice)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling family law and civil litigation
- Open to newly licensed attorneys
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $65,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production
