Overview
This role is for an attorney practicing family law and civil litigation in Central Illinois. The position is fully remote except for court appearances and is open to a wide range of experience levels, including newly licensed attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Practice family law matters
- Handle civil litigation matters
- Participate in court appearances as required
- Work with more experienced attorneys to receive mentorship and guidance (as needed)
Requirements
- Ability to practice family law and civil litigation in Central Illinois
- Willingness to work fully remote with court appearances as required
- Open to newly licensed attorneys

- Experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas, including:
- Family law
- Probate / guardianship
- Estate planning
- Business representation
- Civil litigation
- Landlord/tenant
- Criminal defense
- Immigration
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $75,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production
- Employer-paid health insurance: Employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums
