Overview
A legal services organization is seeking a California licensed attorney with at least seven years of civil litigation experience for a contract litigation position. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States on either a part-time or full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters including commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, premises liability, environmental/toxic tort litigation, real estate law, or mass tort litigation
- Assist with or manage written discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Work independently and collaboratively with a legal team as needed
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in litigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized compensation ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
- W2 employment status
