Overview
This role is for an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to manage a remote, plaintiff-side caseload. The position focuses on delivering results for employee clients using technology-enabled workflows, independent case management, and collaborative strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own cases from start to finish in a fully remote environment
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems
- Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial
- Drive case strategy and make key decisions with autonomy and impact
- Use integrated tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance
- Negotiate to achieve outcomes for clients
- Deliver a consistently high client experience
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 5+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Superb research, writing, and analytical ability
- Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team
- Ability to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive
- Motivated and ambitious, with a strong drive to grow income and career
Compensation & Benefits
- Base range: $180,000–$210,000
- Plus rich incentives
