Litigation Attorney | Remote

Overview

This contract role is for a Litigation Associate Attorney.

• Employment type: Contract
• Compensation: $140 - $400/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents.
• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses for M&A and private equity deals.
• Evaluate legal scenarios to inform AI model development in data privacy and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks.
• Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
• Participate in feedback cycles to refine training data for legal precision.

Requirements

• JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm.
• Expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
• Excellent written communication skills for articulating sophisticated legal reasoning.
• Proven track record of successful remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork.
