Litigation Paralegal

Overview

A Fortune 500 telecommunications company is seeking a paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Pre-Litigation Disputes for a 2-month remote engagement starting in late April 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support a large docket of pre-litigation disputes and small claims matters
• Investigate disputes and gather relevant records
• Assess the merits of cases
• Draft summaries of findings
• Communicate with customers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Litigation and Pre-Litigation Disputes
• Ability to work full-time for the 2-month duration
• Comfortable working remotely

Compensation & Employment Details

• Hourly rate: $50 - $70, flexible based on experience
• Full-time schedule
• Employment will be on a W-2 basis through a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
