Overview

This is a fully remote role.

The organization operates in the alternative legal services industry, delivering on-demand legal talent and technology solutions. Services support a diverse range of clients across multiple regions, including North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC, with coverage across a wide range of legal practice areas.

This Litigation Paralegal role provides comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, focusing on full-cycle discovery, case management, and other litigation support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full discovery process, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests
  • Coordinate document productions and maintain privilege logs
  • Provide legal research, deposition and trial preparation, and post-trial filing support
  • Organize case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate litigation handling
  • Maintain litigation records, filings, and correspondence in accordance with legal requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with expertise in discovery and case management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
  • Experience with litigation support software and document management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in managing litigation databases, e-discovery platforms, and case tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AmLaw200 firms or in-house legal departments supporting litigation and corporate matters

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles: $71,250 to $309,750 per year
