Litigation Paralegal - Remote – Minnesota or Wisconsin Only

Overview

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their litigation team. This is a fully remote position available to candidates located in Minnesota or Wisconsin. The role involves supporting attorneys in a fast-paced personal injury litigation environment, ensuring cases progress efficiently from filing through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned litigation caseload under attorney supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Coordinate filings, service of process, and court deadlines
• Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and other litigation materials
• Organize and manage discovery production
• Support trial preparation, including exhibits and hearing materials
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Strong preference for plaintiff personal injury experience
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with case management systems preferred
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
