Litigation Paralegal - Technology

Overview

A software and technology company is seeking a paralegal with over 5 years of experience in General Litigation for an ongoing remote engagement. Candidates must have prior in-house experience at a tech company and at least 5 years of overall paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage docket and files using appropriate naming conventions
• Receive and triage incoming emails and notifications to the legal team
• Support the response process for law enforcement requests
• Assist with legal escalations from the customer support team
• Help with document collection and discovery processes
• Assist with creation and distribution of litigation holds and document preservation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, including in-house experience at a technology company
• Ability to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Work performed remotely

Compensation & Engagement Details

• Part-time schedule
• Ongoing engagement
• Hourly rate between $50 and $75
• Employment through an Employer of Record (W-2) for the duration of the engagement
