M&A NDA Associate

Overview

This role is for an NDA Associate to join the organization’s M&A / Private Equity team in either New York (NY) or Washington, DC (DC).

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Manage frequent direct client contact in a client-facing capacity.

Requirements

• Two or more years of M&A NDA experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is commensurate with a first-year associate.
• Salary: $225,000 (Salary Range: $225,000—$225,000 USD).
• The actual salary offered will be based on factors including, but not limited to: applicant qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and (if applicable) the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

Location

• New York (NY) or Washington, DC (DC).

Work Arrangement

• Off-track position with the ability to work remotely.
