Overview
The organization is seeking experienced Marketing and Advertising Attorneys for flexible, contract engagements supporting corporate clients across a variety of industries. Work involves structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements related to marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review marketing, advertising, and e-commerce agreements
- Handle commercial agreements supporting initiatives including:
- Advertising agency and media commitments
- Public relations and brand partnerships
- Digital marketing and data analytics
- Talent appearance and performances
- Sales and production
- Music licenses and entertainment matters
- Promotional messages, contests, and sweepstakes
- TV and radio commercials
- General commercial agreements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of marketing, advertising, and e-commerce agreements
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in the in-house legal department of a major corporation

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
- Pay factors: Work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference (candidate pay rate may affect the client bill rate and candidate competitiveness).
- Benefits:
- Contract professionals are usually W2 employees and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week
