Overview
This role is for Michigan-licensed litigation attorneys with 2-8+ years of experience to fill contract positions with national and regional law firms as well as corporate clients. The positions offer flexible scheduling and remote work options, with some opportunities for hybrid or travel assignments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct document discovery and manage evidence
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
- Handle depositions, attend status conferences, and argue motions
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide high-quality legal services
Requirements
- Active Michigan bar membership in good standing
- 2-8+ years of litigation experience, including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Client-service oriented mindset with ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional professional references
Candidates may reside outside Michigan but must hold a Michigan license.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 on a full-time basis, with rates depending on experience, qualifications, location, and market factors
