Overview
A national eDiscovery service provider is seeking licensed attorneys to serve as Document Reviewers for complex litigation matters. This remote, project-based role involves reviewing and coding documents for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege using electronic review platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review documents in complex litigation cases using electronic review platforms
- Code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
- Perform quality control and assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as needed
- Adhere to project guidelines and deadlines
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Residency in North Dakota
- Experience with electronic document review platforms such as Nebula and Relativity preferred
- Familiarity with reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege preferred
- Experience with quality control and privilege/redaction log preparation desired
- Secure home office with high-speed internet and a computer running Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Ventura (13), Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15) or newer
- Phone or tablet with Apple OS version 16 or later, or Android OS version 16 or later
- Proficiency with modern technology and remote work equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position Details
- Remote work-from-home opportunity
- Pay rate: $28 per hour
- Project duration varies from 1 week to 6 months or longer
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 5 PM Friday
- Overtime may be available depending on project demands
