Overview
The organization is seeking a contract attorney to join its nationwide network of attorneys supporting users through on-demand, real-time video consultations.
This remote, family-friendly opportunity is designed for attorneys who want a flexible, part-time role without billable hour requirements. Courtroom appearances are not required. A background in criminal law is essential.
The role involves providing initial consultations within the attorney’s local jurisdiction for inquiries related to potential traffic violations, criminal defense, immigration, and personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and/or Immigration network to respond to inbound video chat inquiries from users.
- Provide initial consultations for matters handled within the attorney’s licensed local jurisdiction.
- Support client guidance and answer user questions through the platform.
- Serve as a representative within licensed jurisdictions and relevant legal communities.
- Support local business initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or Immigration.
- Active malpractice insurance, or willingness to secure a policy before onboarding.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated history of career excellence and a passion for serving clients.
- Optional: Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed in multiple states.
- Willingness to pursue additional state licenses if not already licensed in multiple states.
Compensation & Benefits
- Job type: 1099 Contract
- Pay: $50-$100 per qualifying supported video chat
- Typical video chat duration: 15 minutes or less
- Supplemental pay: Optional performance-based bonus opportunities available

- Fully REMOTE, but must reside within the United States.
