Position Summary
The organization is seeking attorneys to join a nationwide network providing initial legal consultations through video chats. This remote, part-time contract role is ideal for attorneys with a background in criminal law who want flexible work without billable hour requirements. The focus is on delivering high-quality legal guidance and fostering positive attorney-client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound video chat inquiries related to criminal defense, personal injury, immigration, and traffic violations.
- Provide initial consultations within the attorney's licensed jurisdiction.
- Serve as a brand ambassador within licensed jurisdictions and legal communities.
- Support local business initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or Immigration law.
- Active malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain coverage before onboarding.
- Licensed and in good standing with the local State Bar.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated passion for client service and career excellence.
- Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states is preferred.
Compensation
- Contract position (1099).
- Pay ranges from $50 to $100 per qualifying video chat.
- Typical video chat duration is 15 minutes or less.
- Optional performance-based bonuses available.
