Overview
This role involves recruiting Paralegals to support responses to mass actions filed against a customer. You will work with senior legal leadership, including a Senior Litigator and Senior Paralegal, as well as the customer’s lead counsel, outside law firms, and in-house lawyers. Responsibilities focus on voluminous filings with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Track discovery deadlines and ensure compliance.
- Manage discovery responses, objections, and supplements.
- Provide large-scale support for preparing discovery motions, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
- Finalize, file, and service motions.
- Coordinate service of pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery.
- Track proof of service/waiver and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare documents for filing.
- Monitor dockets and notify in-house teams of updates.
- Manage filing deadlines and court notices.
- Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings.
- Manage deposition notices and confirmations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation legal experience in an in-house legal department or with a law firm.
- Strong litigation experience, ideally in class or mass actions.
- Experience using technology in a highly process-oriented, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in labor and employment law is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Paralegal certificate preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- US national salary range: $65,000-75,000, based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
