Overview

This Paralegal role supports the Professional Advisory Team by providing legal, administrative, and client service support to attorneys and advisors. Responsibilities include facilitating client interactions, reviewing documents and entity structures, supporting legal research, and ensuring accurate preparation and maintenance of legal and corporate records.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear communication, with a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Conduct entity structure clarification consultations and help clients understand legal, compliance, and organizational documentation.
  • Lead client binder and documentation review meetings.
  • Review legal blueprints, entity structures, organizational documents, and supporting materials.
  • Conduct legal, regulatory, and statutory research.
  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys and Professional Advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and professional standards.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, Paralegal Studies certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of paralegal, legal support, legal operations, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting attorneys in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and document management systems; Salesforce preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting estate planning, asset protection, business formations, corporate governance, or corporate law matters.
  • Familiarity with entity structuring, corporate compliance, and business advisory environments.
  • Experience in a legal, accounting, tax, consulting, or professional services organization.
  • Experience supporting complex business entities, trusts, and estate planning matters, including preparation and review of corporate governance and organizational documentation.
