Overview
This role involves managing the entire NDA and legal intake process for a fast-paced AI infrastructure company. The paralegal will independently drive NDAs to execution, maintain a centralized legal intake system, and ensure company-wide adherence to legal workflows. This position offers autonomy and the opportunity to take on increasingly complex legal projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end NDA process, including drafting, negotiating, and executing NDAs independently, escalating to attorneys only in exceptional cases.
- Design and manage a centralized legal intake process to replace scattered requests via email, Slack, and texts.
- Triage incoming legal requests, route them appropriately, and set expectations on turnaround times.
- Enforce the legal intake process across the organization, redirecting requests that bypass the system.
- Manage the signature pipeline by queuing documents, sending for e-signature, and tracking completion.
- Maintain and organize the contract repository for easy access, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to keep the legal function organized and responsive as volume grows.
- Take on larger, higher-complexity legal projects as experience and trust develop.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.
- Proven ability to independently manage NDAs from drafting through execution.
- Experience building, running, or significantly improving legal intake or triage processes.
- Working knowledge of e-signature tools, contract repositories, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment on when to escalate to attorneys.
- Comfortable enforcing processes consistently while adapting to shifting priorities and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in legal operations or as a paralegal.
- Experience establishing legal intake or operations processes from scratch.
- Background supporting legal teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Experience preparing legal notes or executive briefs.

Location
- This is a remote position.
- Travel is minimal, approximately 0–10%, primarily for occasional in-person team meetings.
