Overview

A remote contract opportunity is available for a Personal Legal / Admin Expert. This role involves developing and evaluating tasks related to personal legal and administrative work, with a focus on creating deterministic rubrics for agent performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-horizon tasks reflecting personal legal and administrative duties.
  • Create contract review scenarios, including leases and offer letters, using clause-checklists with seeded problematic terms.
  • Design dispute resolution tasks such as HOA and small-claims responses, ensuring ground-truth legal-sufficiency outcomes.
  • Construct personal administrative document preparation packets for processes like name, address, and passport changes, based on required-field lists.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to produce tasks with checkable answers that meet high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, or attorney.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: residential lease review, consumer insurance policy comparison, employment offer letter review, small claims or consumer disputes, or estate document organization.
  • Familiarity with personal legal artifacts such as redlines, dispute letters, comparison summaries, and checklist packets.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate reasoning step-by-step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Compensation & Contract Details

  • Contract position paid hourly at $70–$90 per hour.
  • Payment is made weekly via Stripe Connect.
